Last weekend was the Hansen reunion. We left on Jeffrey's birthday Friday. Aunt Janeen was responsible for dessert Friday night and she had cake and icecream for Jeffrey. Of the 101 people in the family (including Katie and Mom), 94 were present on Saturday. We were able to use the church across from Pattersons on Friday and Saturday. The bigger kids enjoyed playing basketball inside the church, out of the heat. The smaller kids enjoyed playing with bouncy balls that Aunt Janeen bought for them. Most of the family stayed Friday and Saturday night in a hotel in Orem. The kids had a fun time swimming in the pool. At night we had lot of people in the small pool. Saturday morning we went to a Hudson car museum in Heber. Saturday afternoon some of the family went to a car show in the park. Saturday evening we enjoyed a story of one of our ancestors told by Dad (Grandpa). We also got to see old family photos. That is always a funny event to see clothing and hair style changes as well as seeing everyone grow up. Sunday we all went to Sacrament Meeting in another ward in Heber that meet at 11:00. We ate at Pattersons afterwards and left at different times later Sunday afternoon.
It is always fun to be together. I forgot to take pictures for most of the activities and so here is a small sampling of what we did.

We loved seeing everyone. I'm so glad we have a close family that loves getting together. Darrell doesn't know any of his cousins and never had the fun that we all have.
