Dear Friends,
The love of our lives has returned home to our Heavenly Father. Katie passed away quietly early Tuesday morning, November 16th. She has had a profound impact on each of our lives and we greatly miss her. Thank you to each of you for your thoughts, prayers, comments, and love. It will take some time, but we will continue Katie's and the kids' blogs.

Dennis, you had an amazing wife, and I'm blessed to have been her cousin. She was an amazing woman, and her faith has stregnthened mine. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers!! We loved you!!

Oh sweet dear family. What a wonderful example you have been to me in this time of needing the up lifting. Like what Anut Kaye and Uncle Marlow said. Words cannot express the feelings of my heart at this time. I am so thankful to know that we as cousins and anut's and uncle's can still know how you are doing. Even if we may lose contact. Katie has had such a profound influence in my life--especially these past few years. Her faith, hope, and amazing desire to be accepting of God's plan has been inspiring.
